Delicious food comes from delicious ingredients, and delicious ingredients are fresh and local. All of our products are handmade with chillies that we have grown from seed and where possible by using produce from our allotment or that of family and friends.

Of course certain ingredients we cannot make for ourselves e.g. vinegar, pectin, raisins and spices. Some fruits have been purchased locally whilst our allotment develops to grow these items for us.
What we can guarantee is that every effort and much love has gone into sourcing and producing these tasty chilli jams, jellies and chutneys that you will both trust and love!
The majority of our products are Vegetarian and Vegan friendly and gluten free. We are currently speaking to the Vegetarian Society with the aim to have our products accredited so that we can proudly display the Vegetarian and Vegan approved logos in order that our customers can buy with confidence.
