Our aim is to provide you with quality chilli products and an unrivaled shopping experience. We recognise that we may not get it right every time, so if you have a problem with a product or you feel that the service you have received falls short of our promise then please do contact us in the first instance as we really do want to resolve any issue raised. It is important to us that as our customer you are happy, even when you raise a dispute, and that you feel we have listened and resolved your issue giving you confidence to return and shop with us again.
When you place an order with us, we will review it and process it providing all necessary information has been received. If we notice anything is missing from your information we will contact you for clarification. If there is any problem with the product you are ordering, we will contact you to discuss.
Online payments are processed by Square Payment Service Provider or PayPal. Cards accepted by this Payment Service Provider are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Visa Electron or Vpay logo. Card types include debit card, credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Square and PayPal are fully authorised Payment Service Providers which means that all of your information remains confidential to them and is not seen or processed by Chilli Pot Food Company.
Payment is taken as you place your order. If the payment is not authorised successfully your order will not be processed. Please check that you receive both a confirmation of your order and confirmation of your payment by email. If you have not received either of these then your order may not be processed successfully.
Face to face purchases may be taken in cash or through Square point of sale. Telephone orders may be processed in exceptional circumstances. Please contact Wendy on 07590 666233 to discuss.
Online / telephone orders will be processed and dispatched usually within 1-2 days. Please allow another 2-3 working days for delivery depending on the delivery option chosen at the time of checkout. If you want to expedite your order after you have checked out, please contact us and we will endeavour to sort this for you which may incur an additional cost to you.
On receipt of your delivery please check the goods to ensure there has been no damage in transit. If there is a problem please contact us immediately and we will work with you to rectify this. We may ask you to provide us with photo evidence of the same, don't worry this is so we can take up the problem with the courier / mail service, it won't delay us resolving the problem with you.
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed please contact us immediately by email at Wendy.Legard@Chillipotfoodcompany.co.uk or call us on +44 07590 666233, and we will arrange to cancel the order before being packaged for delivery and will process a refund to your account / card used at the time the order was made. If you attempt to cancel your order after it has been shipped we will not be able to process this. If you still wish to cancel the order after shipping then you must return the goods to us undamaged and unopened within 14 working days of receiving them. You will be liable for any costs associated for the return of cancelled goods and we ask that you email us to confirm that the goods return process has been initiated. Chilli Pot Food Company reserves the right not to process any refunds for goods not received as part of the return process stipulated, or for goods returned that have been opened.
These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
